The BEST Beetroot Hummus Recipe!

Equipment

  • 1 Food processor
  • 1 air fryer optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 1 large beetroot cut in to quarters
  • 1 juice of a lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp Tahini
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Instructions
 

  • Roast your beetroot quarters in the air fryer for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
    1 large beetroot
  • Once the beets are fully cooked, add all ingredients in to the food processor and mix/process until smooth and creamy.
    1 can chickpeas, 1 large beetroot, 1 juice of a lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 2-3 tbsp Tahini, 2-3 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Your beetroot hummus is ready! Place in the a serving dish and serve with pita, crackers or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you wish to make it creamier, add more olive oil.
