Ingredients

spinach

diced
cooking onion

Kalamata olives

Capellini Pasta
roughly 400g per box

crumbled
feta cheese
Instructions
In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a boil. Add in 1 tbsp of olive oil and the Capellini pasta. Cook pasta for as long as directed on the box. Roughly 3-5 minutes
While the pasta is cooking, heat a large pan on medium heat, sauté the onions, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning with the butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil, until onions become translucent. About 3-4 minutes.
Add in the half drained can of diced tomatoes, spinach and olives. Cook until spinach is soft and has turned a darker green color. About 4-5 minutes.
Once the pasta is done cooking, drain and add the pasta to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Plate portions, top with crumbled feta cheese and serve!
