Cut your chicken in to small bite sized pieces and place in a wooden skewer.

Cook your chicken by either using a BBQ grill, oven or air fryer. I used the airy fryer for approximately 20 minutes
When your chicken is done, let rest for 5 minutes. While the chicken is resting, warm up your pita. Either in the microwave, the oven or the air fryer. I used the air fryer on low for 5 minutes.
Once your pita is warmed up, add a generous amount of tzatziki sauce, followed by your spinach, red onion and halved grape tomatoes.
Remove chicken from the skewers and cut in to smaller pieces. Place your chicken on top of your vegetables and top with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle more tzatziki sauce on top.
Carefully fold the sides of the pita bread over the filling and roll it tightly from one end to the other, securing it with parchment paper or aluminum foil if needed. Enjoy!
