Excellent Roasted Garlic Hummus

This creamy and savory Roasted Garlic Hummus recipe is sure to impress your taste buds and your guests! Serve with bread, crackers or fresh vegetables! Or slather it on a sandwich.

1 air fryer Or oven.
1 Food processor
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 can chickpeas drained
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp tahini
- 1 juice of a lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ground
Slice the top of your garlic head and place on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle the exposed garlic cloves and sprinkle with salt. Wrap up the aluminum foil so the garlic head is completely covered. Roast in the air fryer for 20 minutes or until soft and golden brown.
In a food processor combine all ingredients and process/mix until smooth and creamy.
Place in a serving dish and serve with bread, pita, crackers or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
