Dressing

extra virgin olive oil

red wine vinegar

dried oregano

cloved
pressed garlic

Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
The pizza
4
round pita bread
1
cup
hummus
1
cup
diced tomatoes
1
cup
diced cucumber
1
cup
diced preen pepper
1
cup
diced red onion
1/2
cup
halved Kalamata olives
1
cup
crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Combine your ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and mix well.
In a larger bowl combine your diced tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese and dressing and mix well.
Lay out for 4 pita breads on a cutting board and lather a layer of hummus to each one.
Take your Greek salad you just made and add a layer on top of the hummus. Don't be afraid to be generous!
To serve, just cut your finished pita bread pizza in to quarters or smaller triangles and voila!
