Instructions
Pesto Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lay out your flatbread and spread the pesto evenly over it. Then add your flame roasted red peppers, arugula and mozzarella cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Place in the oven and cook for 12-13 minutes or until desired doneness. Pro tip for crispy crust: lay the flatbread directly on the oven rack without a baking sheet and place a layer of aluminum foil at the bottom to catch any drippings. Enjoy!
