- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar or any other granulated sweetener
In a small saucepan bring the balsamic vinegar and sugar to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. It will thicken as it cools.
Once cooled down to room temperature, place in a small jar or container and store in the refrigerator.
