1.5cupsdry chorizo sausagesliced in to bite sized pieces
1/2cupdiced onions
1/2cupdiced mushrooms
1.5cupsheavy cream
2tbspbutter
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
2tbspolive oil
2clovesminced garlic
2tbspItalian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/4cupchopped fresh parsley(optional)
Instructions
Cooked the sliced chorizo on med heat in a large pan until slightly crispy on each side and remove.
Remove the fat from the pan and then add the butter, onions, mushrooms, gnocchi, minced garlic and olive oil. Stir and cook until onions are translucent.
Add back in the chorizo sausage and then add the heavy cream and stir well. Bring to a light boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in the grated parmesan cheese and mix well. Garnish with salt and pepper to taste and chopped fresh parsley and serve!
