Equipment

  • 1 garlic press
  • 1 grater

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves pressed garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  • Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that the parmesan cheese is already salty, so you may not need much additional salt.
  • If the dressing is too thick for your liking, you can thin it out with a little bit of water or milk.
  • Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

Tips:
  1. For a creamier dressing, you can substitute some of the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt or sour cream.
  2. To make it extra quick, purchase packaged parmesan cheese that is already grated.
  3. If you like a tangier dressing, you can increase the amount of lemon juice or add a bit of red wine vinegar.
  4. For a more pronounced garlic flavor, you can add an extra clove of minced garlic tot he dressing.
