- 4 tbsp olive oil divided in half
- 1/4 cup marinated artichokes
- 3 shallots diced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lemon or 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp rep pepper flakes optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
