The BEST Beetroot Hummus Recipe!
Equipment
- 1 Food processor
- 1 air fryer optional
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained
- 1 large beetroot cut in to quarters
- 1 juice of a lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tbsp Tahini
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Roast your beetroot quarters in the air fryer for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.1 large beetroot
- Once the beets are fully cooked, add all ingredients in to the food processor and mix/process until smooth and creamy.1 can chickpeas, 1 large beetroot, 1 juice of a lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 2-3 tbsp Tahini, 2-3 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Your beetroot hummus is ready! Place in the a serving dish and serve with pita, crackers or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
