Melon Prosciutto Skewers

These Melon Prosciutto Skewers are not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

Equipment

  • 16 small wooden skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole cantaloupe
  • 16 small Bocconcini balls or roughly 400g
  • 16 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 100g package of prosciutto
  • 4 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove seeds.
  • Then cut the cantaloupe in to smaller pieces (roughly 1 inch cubes) and remove the rind.
  • Cut the prosciutto strips in half.
  • Proceed to place the ingredients on the wooden skewers in this order: Melon, bocconcini, basil leaf (folded in half), prosciutto (folded in half) and finish with another melon piece.
  • Once all skewers are constructed, drizzle with balsamic glaze (use my recipe!) and serve!
