Easy Onion Soup Mix Potatoes
Equipment
- 1 roasting dish oven safe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds diced yellow and red baby potatoes can sub for other types of potatoes
- 8 tbs olive oil
- 1 package dried Knorr onion soup mix any other brand will work as well
- 1/2 cup diced chives optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
- Dice your baby potatoes in to quarters creating small pieces and place in an oven save baking dish.
- Add in your dried onion soup mix and olive oil and mix until well combined.
- Bake in the oven stirring every now and then for 25 minutes or until your potatoes are golden brown and soft when pierced with a fork.
- Remove from oven, top with diced chives (optional) and serve!
